How? By clarifying planning rules and using AI to assess project proposals with speed and precision.

AI can help us read the mind of an industry.
This project analyses the CEO reports of public equity REITs for new perspectives on market trends and dynamics in the real asset universe.
Taking the USA as a test case, we build a prediction engine from the (soon to be) 100 earnings season reports delivered since the year 2000.
